3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for services are provided in advance through proposals or agreements. Pricing may vary based on event scope, location, duration, and requirements.

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable
Final payment must be completed prior to or on the event date
Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client-initiated cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations within a specified period may result in full payment being due
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

Specific cancellation terms may be detailed in individual contracts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete event information
Ensure venue access, permits, and compliance with local regulations
Provide safe working conditions for personnel and equipment
Obtain any necessary licenses (including music performance licenses, if required)

Rich Zen is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Changes to Services

Any changes to agreed services must be approved in writing. Changes may result in additional fees and are subject to availability and feasibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, concepts, branding, and creative elements developed by Rich Zen remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

8. Use of Media and Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rich Zen reserves the right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings from events for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients may opt out of this use by providing written notice prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rich Zen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services
We are not responsible for third-party vendors not directly contracted by us

10. Force Majeure

Rich Zen shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, or venue closures.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Zen from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Client negligence or misconduct
Venue conditions
Breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Third-Party Services

We may coordinate or recommend third-party vendors. Rich Zen is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party providers unless expressly contracted under our agreement.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time.

14. Termination
